Fair Weather Golf Club is unique in that we bring the golf simulator to you. We provide private simulator rentals for your event, business, or organization. Our pop-up simulator comprises professional-quality equipment and materials to provide an immersive and realistic golf experience.

Setup & breakdown, onsite operator, GC3 launch monitor, hitting enclosure and turf hitting mat, 4k projector and impact screen,  righty & lefty clubs, balls and tees.

Our simulator requires a minimum footprint of 18' x 18' and a ceiling height of 11'. We will also need access to a 120VAC electrical outlet and a Wi-Fi connection.

We are based out of Castle Rock, CO. We service the greater Denver and Colorado Springs metro areas and everywhere in between.

Yes! Coming May 2025, we will offer an outdoor simulator setup.

We require half of the total booking price as a deposit to reserve your simulator rental. Final payments are due 14 days prior to your reservation. For any reservations made less than 14 days in advance, full payment will be required upon booking.

You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to the reservation date and receive a full refund. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations within the 14 days prior to your event.

For our indoor simulator, set-up time is 4 hours and break-down time is 2 hours.

There are over 1,300 and counting golf courses available to play on GSPro, including some of the best courses in the world, with new courses and updates being added weekly.  If you'd like to know if we have a certain golf course, please contact us and we can let you know if it is available.

You don't need to be a golf pro to enjoy our golf simulator.  Our onsite operator can assist you with learning how to swing a club and navigating through our GSPro simulator software.  Our platform provides a great way to learn the game.  Simulator golf can make golf more accessible and can be easier to introduce to golf rookies.
